Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the perishable nature of brownies and chocolates:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Refunds are limited to specific cases outlined below

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed only before order preparation begins
  • Once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • Incorrect items were delivered
  • Products arrived damaged
  • Orders were not delivered

Supporting photos must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Late Deliveries

  • Delivery delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address are not eligible for refunds.
  • Delays caused by us may qualify for partial or full resolution.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–14 business days.
