Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the perishable nature of brownies and chocolates:
- Returns are not accepted
- Refunds are limited to specific cases outlined below
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed only before order preparation begins
- Once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
- Incorrect items were delivered
- Products arrived damaged
- Orders were not delivered
Supporting photos must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
Late Deliveries
- Delivery delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address are not eligible for refunds.
- Delays caused by us may qualify for partial or full resolution.
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–14 business days.
